VERY IMPORTANT NOTES FOR APPROVED REPORTERS

Dragon Con Media Access Closes at 11:59 PM January 20.
If you have reporters for your outlets who have not applied, they will NOT be considered after that time. The only exceptions are professional broadcast media representatives with assignment letters.
We will not be asking you to confirm you are coming
Time and circumstances have prevent us from asking each reporter to confirm they are attending. Instead we are asking that each reporter who is unable to attend notify us using the form mentioned below. Please let us know if you will not be coming to Dragon Con via the below form.
Unable to Attend?
If you are unable to attend Dragon Con 2017, or if you are no longer a reporter for you authorized news outlet, please complete this form so that you may be considered for Dragon Con 2018. No shows will need to show good cause for missing Dragon Con 2017 to be considered for next year if they do not complete this form.

Each Reporter needs to have their own application:
Dragon Con is a Membership based organization and we are responsible to ensure a unique application for each media badge, for it is a COMPLIMENTARY media membership.  Please ensure that you have provided us a unique application for each reporter.
Each Reporter needs a unique Email:
If your outlet has listed the same email for multiple reporters, we will be sending out an email next week asking for you to provide total emails.
Each Reporter needs their legal name on their application
Dragon Con is a Membership based organization and we are responsible to ensure a unique application for each media badge, for it is a COMPLIMENTARY media membership. The name on your government issued ID must match the badge name or you will not be provided with a badge.
THE NAME ON YOUR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID MUST MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR BADGE.
