We’re back to bring you more fun information about various and sundry things to do while at Dragon Con. We’ve hardly even scratched the surface with this post and the last, but we’ll try to give you some ideas to occupy your time.
Dragon Con Parties
These Con-goers know how to have a good time. From the Yule Ball to the Heroes and Villains’ Ball, Dragon Con offers themed events for all fandoms. Fair warning: after ten, the parties become distinctly not family-friendly.
Marriott Marquis People Watching
You can’t go to Dragon Con without spending some time in the Marriott Marquis. This is the place that all the professional (and not-so professional) cosplayers spend their time.
Walk of Fame
While you’re already in the Marquis, stop by the Walk of Fame to visit the top listed guests. You can chat with your favorite stars and even get an autograph from them.
Dragon Con Blood Drive
Been getting those calls from the Red Cross and other blood donation groups? Well, take a moment to give back by donating blood during Dragon Con. Every year, Dragon Con partners with LifeSouth, a group that serves more than 40 hospitals in the Atlanta area and around the South. If nothing else, it’s a quiet room and you get free snacks out of it.
