Interview Requests will CLOSE on August 12, 2012. Any requests received after August 12th will not be processed.

Once closed, the requests will be sent to the guests’ agents/representatives for review. Should the agent/representative approve the interview request, a time and date will be scheduled for the interview. Reporters whose requests have been granted will be informed via e-mail of the time/date of their interview/s.
If you miss the August 12th deadline, don’t fear! Reporters are able to request interviews by speaking directly with the guests and their representatives in the Walk of Fame. No interviews are to be conducted in the Walk of Fame, but located just one floor up is the Media Relations Interview Room. The Interview Room is available to all 2012 approved media during the convention. Simply stop by the room (Hilton room 308) before scheduling an interview to find out the room’s availability. Once you choose a date/time with the guest, simply head back to the Interview Room and ask that your interview be added to the schedule. If the Interview Room is not available during the date/time of your interview, please let the Interview Room Staff know and we will find an alternative location for your interview.
